Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera holds American citizenship and was born under the Leo sign on August 15th 1994. Her work being a model for fitness has become very well-known. Although Ashley hasn't talked too much about her parents, she has credited her father with the beginning of her desire to work out, as he was a popular bodybuilder throughout his 20s and 30s. Ashley started swimming when she was four. For the next ten years, she continued to take classes. While she participated in several events however, she wasn't determined enough to adhere to a diet that would allow her body to be the best it could. Ashley was accepted into college and made the decision that she wouldn't enroll in university. In the end, Ashley focused her energy towards a job as a fitness model. Ashley was only 15 at the time she was unhappy with her body. Encouraged by her grandfather she began going to the gym but took his suggestions and started slow. She didn't realize she was going to spend the next nine years shaping her body and gradually becoming an fitness model. Ashley participated in the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships 2014. She finished 7th. This was an inspiration to her and she trained harder. Following her fifth-place finish at the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley made the decision to not compete anymore. Although she had been receiving invitations to shoot photos while competing, Ashley was not keen on her two careers to be mixed. Now that she quit competing, she turned into an exercise model. An acclaimed fitness magazine featured her on its cover and immediately started an industry for fitness models. The career of a model is taking off ever since. Models have posed in bikinis for famous fashion brands, and appeared on the covers of popular magazines.
